As a new Volkswagen owner, I was very pleased with the service and treatment I received. I was a Toyota owner for years and switched to Volkswagen. Volkswagen has Phillips Toyotas service beat by 110%.

We wanted a 60k service done on our “pandemic “ car that had only 23k miles on it. Heath pointed out that the items on the 60k weren’t really needed at this point and recommended alternative service items and saved us a few hundred dollars. The tech who performed the service found and repaired an oil leak under warranty. The support staff is wonderful as well.

Paul the sales manager helped us immensely. He took the time to understand our complaints about the previous VW atlas we purchased 6 months prior and helped us to find the family SUV we were looking for. He helped us in a timely fashion and was very kind.
