    I didn’t appreciate the 3% additional fee for using my credit card. I was not aware of that until I went to the cashier for what they charge for service I would thing be could absorb that fee

    VW can’t sell certified pre-owned vehicles to customers with a lot of dent, scratches, no carpet, and cigarette smoke odor. I purchased my car and it been at the dealership for 2 months before I can even drive. I made two car payments without driving my car.

    Greeted promptly by sales person(s). I had an established person and a newer sales person. I was really impressed with the interest they both displayed in determine what I was looking for in the ID Buzz. I also liked that the newer sales person had the lead on this sale. It is nice to see a company that takes care of employee development. I had two reqirements, color and the seating arrangement. Both were met.

    Sales people not transparent and spoke to general manager about my experience and was told “we sell over 130 cars a month I don’t care” Car wasn’t clean. Was promised complimentary t shirts and had voucher for Amazon gift card for doing test drive and never received them. Left my garage door in trade in and my wife went to retrieve it and salesman gave it to her and walked away never apologized for experience or anything
