Sold us car and gave us paperwork/plates/registration with wrong vin #. Week and half later still no updated paperwork from them and have been driving car around not legal with wrong vin, wrong registration and wrong plates. Sales team and finance managers are not responsive nor have provided updates on this. Sent all need info to salesperson to fix issue, but he did not communicate this with finance managers. After a week, our dashboard screen is already glitching. Price of car was way marked up and we were pressured by finance manager to accept a warranty after saying no thanks 5 times to then he said if you pick a warranty it will be helping me out. No one ever told us about the 0.9% interest rate deal VW has currently and with a 850 credit score, I still had a 7.29% rate. Salesperson told us they would throw in window tinting and then during paperwork process, finance manager said that was not being offered. Salesperson initially had the wrong car cleaned and washed for us to take home until we told him it was the other car. Dealership called us a few days after buying vehicle to ask us if we received a rebate for $500 in our email as they could not reconcile $500-communication between sales and finance was terrible and overall process was very unorganized and strictly driven by making money. Due to them telling me 3 days after sale that they processed paperwork with wrong VIN, I had to requote my auto insurance, transfer my sirius radio, etc for the second time which was confusing and a nuisance. No return calls or texts from salesperson and when I left Voicemail for finance manager on his office line, he said "well I don't check that voicemail". Overall, my wife and I did not have a good experience and have regretted buying the vehicle and the price and finance terms we agreed to. If I had to do it all over again, I would not have signed the deal, except it was the vehicle my wife really wanted and we were there several hours after closing time. Finally, they mispelled my name on initial paperwork which I had to correct them twice and I am even now getting emails from VW with my name spelled wrong.
