My car was recently towed to Leesburg VW because of a break issue. I had multiple issues trying to get a hold of anyone and we left several messages. My car arrived there last Thursday afternoon and it wasn't until Friday afternoon that they finally assessed the issue. I received no phone calls or updates in the meantime. When they did finally give us the diagnosis they told me I needed new calipers, motors etc for both back brakes and that it was going to cost over $4200 to replace. That was absolutely ridiculous! The parts needed didn't cost that much. We told them no and had my car towed back home. We have since hady husband and another mechanic look at them and all I needed was the right rear caliper replaced everything else was fine. VW lied to us to make more money! We will not be back!!

Normally I would give 5 stars but on this visit the tech left the splash cover hardware lose cause the fell out and now the panel has stuck the ground and also caused a check eng light to come on. This happened as I was driving down the Florida turnpike the next day. It's Sunday I'll be back to the dealership in Monday.
