I was at a local shop and had my car inspected. They noticed that my brake pads needed to be done while I was getting an oil change. So I brought it to Volkswagen for the brake pads to be done and the salesman tried to convince me that I needed my rotors completely replaced. Not even the recommendation of pads being replaced or resurfaced. I understood what work needed to be done on my car, and the fact that you tried to take advantage of me was completely wrong.
