    This is the second time in a couple months that we’ve had our Atlas serviced with Brittany as our customer service agent. I cannot say enough good things about her. She truly has gone above and beyond to make our lives easier and getting our one vehicle serviced just a blip on the timeline of our day. We have been getting the Atlas serviced by Jenkins since moving to Florida and everyone has been courteous and accommodating, but Brittany’s awareness of our specific needs and attention to detail with getting our car back to me at work and recommending maintenance within a reasonable timeline so we don’t have return for service in a month, has made for a smooth painless process. I know dealership service has a reputation for premium pricing, but if it means reliable and attentive customer care besides trustworthy mechanics, we’re all in. I’d gladly keep returning to Jenkins if I know Brittany is there to take care of us. The only thing I would add, is the waiting area is so clean and comfortable, although I’ve rarely had to wait too long.
