    The service person was courteous, but I can’t give a good rating to VW or the dealership because they are not admitting that needing to replace the rear breaks on a 1 year old vehicle with only 16000 mile long indicates something wrong with the pads or break system.

    It took three tries to get my bill right, even though I had presented a coupon at check in and they had made a copy of it 15 minutes to check out. Also do not appreciate 3% sur charge for using a credit card Jenkins is acting like a mom and pop cafe,

    This dealership is the exact reason car salesman (in this case - dealer) gets stereotyped for dishonest and cutthroat. After adding approx $14K to an advertised $34K vehicle, I expressed my outrage..."you priced out the wrong car". To which, after several back and forth, the SALES MANAGER came over and stated that the advertised price is designed just to get people "in the door". They must read the disclaimer to justify the deceit!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY dishonest, deceitful.. I can go on and on.... I have bought over 30 cars in the last approx. 55 years and this is by far - the absolute worse dealership experience ever.

    I recently brought my car in for an oil change and was informed by Ty that the service would take approximately one hour. However, the process ended up taking over two hours. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that the team was short-staffed, down by four technicians—information that should have been communicated upfront. Upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed the mud flap was improperly attached, hanging down and dragging. Additionally, my steering wheel sustained deep scratches that were not present prior to the service. This experience was disappointing and fell below expectations. I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Volkswagen. I believe it is essential for the entire service team, including the technicians, to be addressed regarding this matter, as the situation is completely unacceptable.
