I would like to say service rep was the most helpful in taking in my car and with the help of service tech my car was fixed in a matter of hours. I've have known Ty for several years. He's always been a honest and caring service rep. I feel close enough to consider him a friend.

I was late to my service appointment. Brittany promptly greeted me and started in the service. The technician sent me text with recommendations and Brittany followed up. I declined today due to budget. But I do know what repairs I need in the near future. Brittany was kind and professional. I will be back to address the issues.

I was only getting an oil change during this visit. Although I had an appointment, the service dept. was very "jammed" when I arrived. Brittany did a good job of keeping my progress updated and letting me know that they were doing everything to make my visit as quick as possible.
