Great customer service, clear communication, and setting the right expectations. Leesburg Volkswagen did an outstanding job with all three. The dealership was clean and well maintained, and everyone was courteous. Heath (Service Tech) did a nice job of going over everything included in the maintenance, and ensured everything was done right. I appreciate his follow up after I left just to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work that was done.

Ernst was trying to help us and requested assistance from his GM to secure my interest in purchasing a new Atlas. The GM was very clear in his offer to me, which I accepted. Once I sat down, the dealership added several additional line items, that had nothing to do with Tax or Titling fees, which amounted to about $3,500. I was extremely disheartened and blindsided with the additional charges that were never discussed when making the offer. Additionally, I have never been charged by any dealer the huge title/transfer fee of over $700, which I tried to get out of and I would go to the DMV myself, as I knew it was less than $100 to do the same thing, but was refused. I was so exhausted and worn out by the end of the transaction, that I very reluctantly agreed to proceed. I will never recommend, nor ever purchase again from any Jenkins dealerships.

In November the car was in for an oil change. I asked for them to look at the A/C, as the compressor stops running on longer trips [over 30 min] and gets hot in car. They said the compressor was bad and was ordering one. I finally contacted them beginning of February. They said they had the part and scheduled me in January 31. When I dropped off the car, they told me it should be ready by 3 pm. At 2 pm, they called to inform me that it wouldn’t be ready till Monday! At 4 pm, they called to let me know it was done. On the way home, approx 2 miles away from dealer, they called to A/C quit! I shut it off and turned back on and worked if I kept the temp on lo. When I got home, I looked at service report and all they did was change gaskets and said it was only a leak! I called the next day and spoke to Brittany, and she has no idea why the compressor was not exchanged! She promised to call me back the next day to explain what they would do. It’s been 4 days now and no response!
