Your brochure I received at checkout out includes the phrase, "Our Goal is to Make it Right." I appreciate so much that Heath, plus the others on the Service Team, did some work for me on a very unusual situation where a door handle fell off upon touch. I felt it was warranty work on a passenger door that's hardly used. At the same time, there were questions as to how that could have happened in a relatively new car, and Heath asked some questions that actually caused me to think back upon some things that might have caused damage. Ultimately, the dealership chose to cover the item under warranty when there may have been legitimate questions. That spoke volumes to me that indeed, you were willing to make something right on a new car despite a sense that it may not have been completely the car/manufacturer's fault. Those are the little things (in the grand scheme) that create loyalty.
