First off, Brittany was great! She was personable and understanding of my issues. I rated this section a 4 because I was blindsided when I drove up and was told that Ty was no longer employed! He and I have professional history with my laundry list of the problems I've had with this vehicle. I am very disappointed that he is gone, but mostly that you deleted ALL of our texting history as well! Some things were documented in my file but some were not, so now we will never know just how many videos I have sent Ty over the last full year of the technical and mechanical problems I've had!
