My experience was very pleasant. I brought the car in for its first yearly service and was treated very professionally and with friendly service. I waited for the car in a comfortable area with coffee and snacks. My car was done in a timely manner and it was washed. I was very happy.

They went above and beyond procuring the vehicle I wanted from Tampa. It was actually ready when I picked it up. All of our paperwork was pre-signed so I didn’t have to deal with it upon delivery. I almost always sell my vehicle privately - didn't have to this time. Their trade in offer was fair so we saved a bit on sales tax. One of the employees actually took me out so I could refamiliarize driving a manual GTI. Ford forget to detail my Bronco Sport pretrade in but they didn’t make a fuss. The dealership is clean and modern - not all beat up and stodgy. If I were younger I go back to selling VW.
