Everyone did a good job. Unfortunately, they did not have the correct tires for the car and I ended up buying a different brand. They seem to be fine but are EXTREMELY LOUD compared to the correct brand (Pirelli) that I wanted to purchase. Also, VW of NA does not update the maps in my in dash display. It does not correctly show the actual roads. It is VERY out of date and there is no way to update. Very disappointing for a $40,000+ vehicle.

I am not happy with the way that payment was handled. I had forgotten that I had an extended warranty. The dealership did not work with me, was overcharged $400 for the service.

Brittany, the foreman and the technician were all diligent in finding out what was wrong with my vehicle. The assessed the issue and order the part. The repair was completed and I'm back on the road. Brittany is always professional and friendly.
