From the time I walked in to purchase the vehicle and after this I regret ever coming there! I Will never go there again for anything period. Bought a car there for my daughter in 2015 no problem. Something’s changed.I never filled out the initial purchase Survey because I didn’t have anything good to say . Contact me and I’ll go over that process. Best thing was the cigarette smell from the sales lady when my car was delivered to my home, missing parts and paperwork that took a week and bunch of phone calls to get.

My experience was top-notch, from the greeting to the follow-up after my purchase. Joseph (sales), Angel (Sales Mgr), Paul (Sales Mgr), and Jeff (Finance) were all so hospitable during the process from purchase to driving off with my new Jetta. The entire staff was welcoming and gracious. I felt like family!
