    After I agreed to the trade my new vehicle sat for over an hour before it went back to service for prep. That cost me more than an hour at the dealership, it took over 3 hours to complete transaction. Since I was trading a 2024 for a 2025 Taos my sales man should have pointed out that I would not have SiriusXM radio or keyless entry. I was surprised these were not included as I drove away.

    Heath Hafenstine was exceptional from the moment I met him. He listened as I explained the issue I was having with my driver's side seat belt not latching.
